Refund & Returns

How we handle refunds and returns.

If you wish to cancel your order then we advise that you e-mail us clearly stating your full details and invoice number. There is a 14 day return window from delivery for you to return your items.

Once you have cancelled, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. They must be returned to us, at your expense (unless supplied in error and/or faulty), complete with original packaging and all related documentation to the address below (any free items must also be returned). Once the goods have been received and inspected your payment will be refunded within 14 days.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Everyday use / consumable items i.e Continence and Personal Hygiene products are not covered by this legislation if the hygiene seal(s) are broken.

Mattresses are strictly non-returnable in the event that the plastic packaging has been opened or removed.

Beds / Rise & Recliner Chairs are classed as soft furnishings and as such, are non-returnable if they have been left in the customer’s possession for 12 hours or overnight.

None of these terms affect your statutory rights
